I see that most of students graduate when they are around my age – 23.
I just started to study business, do you think I am too old to start and graduate with 27 and find a job? DO you think my age will be a barrier to compete with people younger than me in the jopb market?

Dont think like that ,the whole life is for study. your age is your experience and u must have stored a unique knowledge about business in action. continue your study and be the holder of business degree, you will get job soon and whom you say young or younger they will respect you and learn worthy things from your experience.Go ahead.Good luck.

No, the employee will appreciate your previous working experience too.

Go for it, we’re never old enough to learn new stuff. It wont be that hard to compete with younger students. You have more experience in life, you reached a higher level of maturity and it’s enough that you’re 100% convinced of what you’re doing.

Age has nothing to do with it. If you want to go to school just go. I know plenty of people in their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s who have gone back to school to get a higher degree.

maybe while studying you could get part time jobs so that when you enter to the labor market, you’d have some job experiences to put down on your resume

Heck no..go for it. You will only hurt yourself if you don’t. Age factor only hurts if you let it. Good luck
