Critique This Resume/cover Letter Please! (ecumenical University Minister)?

Seeking a position as an Ecumenical and Multifaith Minister that will enable me to provide spiritual empowerment; while supporting students’ quests for religious and spiritual development regardless of denomination or religious background.
QUALIFICATIONS & MINISTRY PHILOSOPHY
As a practitioner in the ministry for 9 years, I have nurtured the intellectual and spiritual curiosity of a Christian faith community. While fostering an atmosphere in which challenging questions can be raised and discussed openly, I have empowered parishioners to examine their inner core and explore a personal understanding of the Divine and their place in the world. Congregants were challenged to grapple with the core human issues of life and explore answers that are authentic to their personal faith journey.
In addition, I am not a stranger to university ministry. As an assistant to the Chaplain, I have assisted in the development of programs that nurture diverse religious/faith communities of “Blank Blank” University community. I have assisted in organizing chapel services, developed religious and ecumenical conferences.
I have also assisted with the Student Christian Association in the planning of Gospel Music Extravaganzas, Bible Studies, university presentations and seminars.
Lastly, I will maintain, support, and enhance your university’s (university name) commitment of promoting religious diversity, compassion, service, accountability, inclusiveness, and social justice if selected for this position.
Respectfully
Rev. ABC

Great if you’re a Methodist or Episcopalian – otherwise they will run for the hills.

Ecumenical and Multifaith Minister? Is that for real? Don’t religions want the hired help to promote that specific religion?
You must be applying to a Unitarian Church or maybe a rogue Presbyterian Church (the synod has had its share of infighting).
In which case, as long as your letter is sharp and clear and uses good language skills and has a friendly outgoing feeling to it, you should do great.
