Dell Latitude D630 Problem!?

I have a relatively new d630 (about 2 months old) and it messing up already. The main problem is when I try to type. When i do this, the screen starts changin colors and the resolution becomes dull. But only while typing, between letters its fine, really weird. Anyone know what I can do, is this covered under warranty?>
