I have heard that there are many graduates from universities who are still jobless. What is your idea on this issue ?

Well I think it all depends on what your studying and what sort of job availiability their is. Realize their are thousands of people who are also graduating, fighting for the same jobs you may be trying to get. What I would do is find some companies you would like to get a job with and the network.. Try to meet some of the people that work their, set up lunch anything to try and make yourself stand out more than any other individual. Good Luck

no there is no guarantee of a job. Many people graduate law school and can’t find work.

Not at all, and it makes some sense. Nepotism, even within the ivy league is pretty worthless once the bottom line is involved, and thats return on investment in human resources. The end result, is that unless a new hire provides value, or can provide value with minimal training, their prior educational connections, while helpful provide no guarantee.
New hires are a gambled by any employer, and their are many more recent grads, than positions available for them. This is apart from the fact that some recent grads are ready to roll, and some are still clueless.

It depends what your field is, what job you are trying to land, and what your expectations are. Networking is crucial, even for Ivy League grads. Unfortunately no one is guaranteed a job.

No don’t be silly, apart from perhaps medicine, nobody who graduates univerity is guarenteed a job. I’ve met graduates working in McDonnalds.. you could try them.
