After receiving their MD, do all doctors have to do residencies/internships or any sort of postgraduate study even if they do NOT want to specialize? After getting their MD, can they not do any more studies and get a job as a General Physician, or are postgraduate studies required?

You will need to do a residency if you want to be working as a doctor later. If you find that being a doctor is not for you, you can go do something else, but you won’t be practicing as a medical doctor unless you want to commit fraud or something.
