Application Method
Applying to BDO is a multi-step process. First, you will need to complete a somewhat lengthy online application. If your application is successful, you will then be asked to undergo online numerical and verbal reasoning tests. Passage of both of these tests will result in an invitation for a first round interview. If you perform well at this interview, you will be asked to complete an online personality questionnaire. You will also be invited to an assessment day during which you will complete a group exercise and a presentation. At this time, you will also have a second round interview with at BDO partner.
