Tate & Lyle offers a UK Graduate Scheme in which you will be placed at the Thames Refinery in East London. This unique opportunity will allow you to learn about the business through hands-on projects and off-site training. The UK Graduate Scheme is offered in Operations, Sales, Molasses, Finance UK, and Storage Operations/Engineering.
Tate & Lyle also offers a U.S.-based graduate program. Interested students can work as Production Engineers at one of many Tate & Lyle plants throughout the United States. This program lasts for at least three years and provides a great foundation for a career.
Internship Opportunities
In the United States, Tate & Lyle offers two different internship programs. One is a Food Science Summer Program. This program allows Food Science or Food Chemistry majors to work alongside technical service and applications members and to gain broad-based experiences of a career in the food industry. The second is an Accounting Intern program. This program allows accounting, finance, or other related majors to broaden their business knowledge through hands-on training.
