Utilising a two year scheme, graduates are offered an excellent start to their career. Called Graduate Development Frameworks (GDF), continuous training, appealing benefits and opportunities for career growth are a part of the programme in addition to teamwork exercises such as an “Outward Bound” like activity course. Accredited by the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Institution of Mechanical Engineers and Institute of Physics, SELEX Galileo offers business and engineering graduates financial assistance for training which leads to accreditation and membership of the aforementioned professional institutions.
Industrial Placements
Within their Business and Engineering functions, SELEX Galileo offers many industrial placements. These are designed to provide the opportunity of gaining experience in the workplace while working towards your degree. Upon acceptance, what is also offered is a competitive salary and flexible working hours.
