The Capgemini graduate programmes can give you a chance to be on the cutting edge in management consulting, technological consulting or outsourcing.
Management Consulting
You’ll have the opportunity to take part in a variety of difference business focuses before making a decision about which programme you prefer. You’ll gain valuable skills and experience and skills during your training, such as analysis, strategy, client training, risk management and project and process planning. If you have the qualifications you can even specialize early, to even more out of your training.
For those who carry a 2:1 degree or equivalent and an ABB at A level in anything but General Studies, our programmes can help shape your future career. You can choose the Content Focused track or the Core track in management consulting.
Core: The Core track gives you a broad variety of consulting training and experiences, to give you the widest choice of where to specialize within Capgemini.
Content Focused: This is for the graduate who already has a chosen field, and comes into the programme with previous academic or industry experience. You’ll get experience in your career path as you’ll be assigned to a team already working in this area. You’ll also receive general consultant training, but the focus on your field will help you build networking contacts, client contacts and ensure you’re supported every step of the way during your training.
Business Technology Consulting
In this graduate programme, you’ll learn within a company that handles IT solutions for some of the largest companies in the world, including ING and the criminal justice system. While consulting and the ability to communicate with clients and understand their needs is a key part of this program, technical proficiency is necessary, too. You need not have a technical degree, as long as you’re committed to technology training, have a CCC at A level in anything but General Studies, and a 2:1 degree or its equivalent, you can find IT opportunities at Capgemini.
You’ll be given training and responsibility immediately, working on live projects with real clients. The opportunities to learn about new technologies and processes are astounding, as is the ability to find the ambition within yourself to take that technology and shape your career.
Outsourcing

This programme lets you work with a variety of different clients in many difference industries and sectors within those industries. You’ll learn business analysis, tech support, tech development, project management and many more valuable skills in our outsourcing graduate programme.
The requirements for the Outsourcing programme are the same as for the Technology programme, including a clear interest and aptitude for technology.
