Graduating With A Bba But Have Misdemeanor Assault With Fm. Can I Find A Job At A Bank, Hospital, Or Anywhere?

I will be graduating in May with a BBA with a major in Finance. I was convicted two years ago and plead guilty to a misdemeanorf assault w/a family member. I am working on applying for a pardon but want to know if hospitals, banks, or corporate companies will even interview me if I have this? Please help! What should I do!?
