Help, Why Does No One Want My Resume?????

Ok so i graduated with a b.a. degree in may and have on average sent out 5 to 10 resume a week. I apply online, send cover letters and have even followed up a few that i really wanted with a phone call. but no one is calling me back or asking for an interview? how long does it take for a place to start interviewing for a position after its been posted? should i do something different. help!!
