How Can I Change This Part Of My Cover Letter?

I have been using this cover letter for a while now
but i just realized the wordings and started thinking , if it seems a ( little ) selfish …
i would say a 2-3 on a scale from 1 to 10 ..
Dear Ms.Mitchell:
I have enclosed my resume and am submitting it to you in consideration for the position Electronics Technician as listed on the monster website .Avionic Instruments LLC is certainly the type of company I would like to be a part of and enjoy the stimulating growth I foresee as a member of your team of technicians.
The part where it says ” Enjoying the stimulating growth I forsee ”
I’m not sure what to change this sentence too,..
what do you think ?

First problem is you really need to look for spelling and punctuation errors. There needs to be a space between Ms. Mitchell (there is none) . Change the first sentence to say “I am submitting my resume’ for consideration for the position of Electronics Technician as it is listed on http://www.Monster.com. (Delete the period in front of Avionic.) (Do some research on the company and say–) I have researched Avionic Instruments LLC and I believe your company is the type of employer that I would enjoy working for.
Always sign a cover letter with Sincerely, (Your name)
Never use “Yours truly” or any flowery language. You’re a professional.
Always make sure your contact information is on both the cover letter and the resume’ itself.

Yas might wanna make it just a simple opening as you covered the “stimulating” part in the latter part of your letter. Always caution against a cover letter that is too big and cumbersome.
    Dear Ms.Mitchell:
Please find enclosed my resume for the position of Electronics Technician as listed on the monster.com website.
Cover letter should have 3 bodies. Opening, the meat, and closing.
