How Can I Get A Job In Canada By The Time I Graduate From College In The Us?

I will complete my bachelor’s of business administration in May 2009. My major is supply chain management. I am interning at an energy trading company and my grades are good. I would like to work in Canada, specifically greater Toronto. I have family there, so I have a place to stay while I get settled. My question is, how can I secure a job when I am still in the US? Even if I apply for jobs online, I would have to fly up to interview. And from what I have read, employers consider their own country’s residents before a resident of another country…given the relocation issues. Do you guys have any advice for me? I am saving money so that I will have enough to fly up for interviews if necessary. But do I really have a chance?
