How Can You Say Ur Sorry?

I had another fight yesterday with my bf , I ripped up all the letters i wrote to him in anger (there was 1 yr worth) , smashed photos and broke a few more things…. I know what I did was wrong and I shouldn’t have hurt him through his property.
He was a mess ,in shock.
I’m feeling very guilty for what I did and said to him, (but there is no excuse), How can I show him I’m sorry and I do love him?
some other idea other than writing to him…. I’ve got that covered!!
