How Come When Maplestory Doesnt Resume Download?

when i download maplestory, i get to about 20% and then my dad turns off the internet but then when he turns it on again maplestory doesnt resume download. it still says 20% but it wont go up. i have vista btw and maplestory does work on my vista. k thx

    The download won’t continue unless you have internet access the whole time throughout the download.
