How Do I Get A Human Resources Job With No Expirence And H.s Diploma?

I have no experience at all in human resources, im 18 years old and just graduated high school… but I have a knack for wanting to help people out.. I feel like I would be great working in a office environment… I like to do computer work and make decisions.. I would just have no complaints at all in doing all the work, I want to be involved in the business atmosphere.. how do I go about it, is it even legit?
