i’m a civil eng. just graduated from jordan ! am american though i still don’t know what should i do ! and how to look for a job other than tha online adds found on google or career sites !
am in Portsmouth NH now And am willing to relocate

The good news is that civil engineering is going to be one of the hottest jobs around right now. Many are retiring or near retirement and the US infrastructure is aging rapidly.
A great place to start would be the US government. Army corps of engineers or state government positions.
You might could get on with an architectural firm but that might be a bit tougher to come by in the beginning. -
Try some online job boards, like monster or careerbuilder. if you can get a security clearance then you could look for government jobs on usajobs.com. Also look on the websites of professional societies for civil engineers.
