I also received an offer from Wells Fargo Financial for a credit manager position. My offer was in June 1995. I accepted the postion and I am now in my 15th year with WFF. If you are a hard working individual who with a drive to succeed then this will be the start to a long career path with many opportunities along the way. If you believe you should be able to sit back and get paid a big salary because it is owed to you for graduating from college then I would recommend looking for something else. The President of Wells Fargo Financial started out as a credit manager. The promote from within program is second to none. The company is very respected! Remember this is a sales position where you will experience good times and bad. You will experience high’s and lows. You will be rejected more than you will succeed. The unique qualities you possess probably revolve around leadership, strong communication skills, and competitiveness. This job isn’t for everyone! This job isn’t offered to everyone! If you are willing to put in the time, effort, and hard work then it will be a very lucrative and fulfilling career. I could sell you all day on how this is the greates company and job in the world but you need to be honest with yourself. THIS IS A SALES POSITION – YOU WILL MAKE TONS OF OUTGOING CALLS AND BE REJECTED. IF YOU LISTEN, LEARN, AND WORK HARD YOU CAN AND WILL BE SUCCESSFUL.
