I Just Graduated From College With A 4yr Degree And I Can’t Seem To Get A Job!!?

I majored in Human Resources, and I have been applying like crazy! But I can’t get a job let alone an interview! I feel like a failure, and pretty hopeless. Why is this?! Any suggestions of what I can do?
