I M Experienced Medical Transcriber In Pakistan Looking For Home Based Transcription Job. Can Anybody Help Me?

I am a medical graduate from Pakistan, working for about 10 years as a medical transcriptionist, looking for home based transcription work. Can anybody tell me how can I get this or can anybody help me regarding this on humanitarian basis.
