I Need A Resume, A Cover Letter, And A “creative Introduction” For A Job I’m Applying For…?

…and I’m not sure how to put together the introduction. Nothing is specified in the job posting, and I’m not sure if I should email or call to ask what they want, since they put a big emphasis on “creative.” Has anyone encountered a similar request? What information did you include? The job is for a position in a creative nonprofit. Thanks!
