I Want To Get A Job In Australia. I Want A Good Job In Administrative Field Or Teaching Field.?

I want to get a job in Australia. I want a good job in Administrative field or Teaching Field. But for that i have been told that i have to have a Work Visa or PR. I want to know that how can i find a company or school or organisation or institution who would be interested to sponsor job seekers like me. Any suggestions would also be welcome. Only serious answers please. I have been trying to find the solution since a year. But have had no success. I have done my B.Com (3 years), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (1 year) and currently doing TEFL Course from i-to-i university, uk (Distance Learning 6 months course). I have 5.6 years of experience in Administrative Field. Please advise.
