If someone could tell me how much it would cost a semester to go to LSU I would greatly appreciate it. Also what are the requirements to get accepted. My family doesn’t have a lot of money so them paying for me is out of the question. Also what would be some things that I should bring to my dorm after I graduate High School. I want to now things that will help me get good grades and have fun.

I don’t live in Louisiana, but since I do go to a public instate university, I will hopefully answer your question:
Per semester for full time, anywhere from 12+ credits (some universities may differ), you’re looking at around $3500 (give or take). Since you are looking to dorm, you will be paying around an extra $3000-$4000 depending on the type of room you are assigned (typically, singles are the most expensive). This brings your total to around : $7500-$8500.
For out of state, it’s almost double the cost ($14+ per semester including room and board).
For your dorm, bring the following: XL twin sheets, and of course shower supplies, hangers, towels. Pretty much the basics. If you do have roommates, then you can always talk to each other and see what each can provide or split the cost of the following: trashcan, tv, mirror, printer, fridge, microwave, etc). Laptop and printer aren’t necessary, but it is convenient to have.
Keep in mind that there is a student center if you forget or don’t want to bring a huge load with you.
To get good grades, you need to discipline yourself. Since you are thinking about dorming, it is very easy to get distracted. Time management is the best way to keep you in tact.
