Is Age A Big Deal For Job Qualifications Here In Philippines?

If I have 2 years of delay upon graduation on College,will I be hired even though I won’t graduate the same year as my batch mates here ?I got a bi-polar disorder since last year so I can’t study freshmen College yet until now…:(
