Is There Any Opportunity Of Job As A Programmer In Uk For Bangladeshi Student?

i want to go to uk by student VISA but i want to sattle there.
so i need a job in my track as i m a graduate of cse.
i completed my graduation form bangladesh. i heard that UK companies do not recruit people who r graduating from other side of UK.thanks
