Is There Any Website That Provides Free Online Translations Of English To Nigerian?

Ok, I need to write a neighbor a letter. He doesn’t speak English very well and I need to ask him to stop doing some things he has been doing. The property managers have tried to ask him to stop but he just doesn’t understand what they are saying. I don’t have the money for a translator or a translation program and, so, I started searching for a free online translator that includes Nigerian as one of the languages which can be provided for a free translation. I haven’t found any. It appears most African languages aren’t covered in the basic free translation websites. But, perhaps someone out there might know of a website I haven’t found. So, if you know of a website that I can type some text in English and then receive an instant and free online translation to Nigerian, please let me know what website that is.
