I’m downloading a 1 GB file. But the file is too big. I need a download manager that allows me to pause my download, and continue it later. I already tried the Free Download Manager program, but it doesn’t work. Does anyone know where to gett a pause a resume download manager? Please help!

A long time ago I used Download Accelerator Plus which worked well for me. But I believe the two best out there are Mozilla’s DownThemAll and FlashGet. I like DownThemAll because it is an add-on for FireFox if you are using it, so no additional opening of program is needed.

what browser are you using, I just know on Firefox while downloading a file you can pause it and then continue when you are ready. So if you have explorer maybe try to download Firefox and it is built in it keeps track of all downloads until you clear them, there is an option to pause and continue. I like Firefox
