So if you have explorer maybe try to download Firefox and it is built in it keeps track of all downloads until you clear them, there is an option to pause and continue. But I believe the two best out there are Mozilla's DownThemAll and FlashGet. I like DownThemAll because it is an add-on for FireFox if you are using it, so no additional opening of program is needed.
