I started in special education, but realize I don’t want to be a special education teacher. I really enjoy writing, non-fiction only, but I know that the journalism job market is not as open or pays as well as education. I want to enjoy my college experience, but I also want a good paying job when I graduate. I am seriously considering changing my major to journalism,.

I’m always longing for summer. I detest winter. It’s too cold and I feel miserable. Most winter clothes are so boring and dark and dreary. I hate covering up. I just want to wear beautiful sundresses, go out and enjoy life. I love swimming, surfing and playing volleyball. I almost broke my ankle while ice skating and nearly froze to death while some of my friends convinced me to go sledding. I just hate the idea of winter! I almost wrote an angry letter to the self-claimed snow queen ***** in the narnia movie. How can I convince or do anything to make myself less hate winter? For those who love winter, why do you like it? I would kill to spend every single Christmas from now on in Australia.
