Setting up mass social and welfare systems for illegal immigrants also makes employers less likely to hire candidates that they have to pay more.

It’s called competition. Too many people are majoring in the same fields. The best qualified candidate usually wins out so you have to have the whole package, not just a degree to get a good job For instance, you and one other person could have the same degree and the same past work history, but if they give a better interview and look better appearance wise, who do you think will get the job?

their social skills aren’t developed enough. going through college isn’t enough to be successful in getting a job in the future. companies often seek people who are not only qualified academically but who are confident with themselves, can communicate excellently and get along with other people. that’s why it’s important to get a social life while you’re still in school!!! school is the best time to learn about yourself and earn a loyal group of friends. academics isn’t eveything dear.

Some students just skate by thinking the degree will get them the cushy job they think they deserve, not so. Most companies need someone who has hands on experience.Learning things from the ground up gives one an advantage.You can learn a lot in college,but they can’t give you common sense.

Some college graduates are incompetent. Many of them finished their degree without proper knowledge. Some of them are competent but they do not like to work but they are not aware of it. many professionals do not like to work for others but for himself. I mean, job is not only working for a particular company but working for oneself in order to earn a living. If you can’t find a job, it only means, there is something within you that prevents you for having a good one. For example, if you are an inborn painter, do it. love it. you can make money out of it. working in a company is not the only way to earn money. try to search what is in your heart then follow it. maybe, you need, or we need to get engage in some business.
